 My wife and I had a terrific experience with our realtor Julia Sebestyen of Sebestyen Realty. I recently became a remote worker and after twenty long years in Los Angeles, we decided that it was time for a change. Due to the pandemic, we knew that the market was going to be very competitive, as there a a lot of buyers looking to purchase outside of the larger cities. We were using a VA Home Loan and the realtor we contacted through VAREP list was not taking any new clients, so she forwarded our information to Julia. We were surprised by her prompt response, given that it was so close to Christmas. Many of the realtors I called weren't taking any clients until after the New Year. She listened to our needs and immediately procured listings based on our criteria. Besides her amazing work ethic, she is also a kind and patient person. In the beginning we weren’t sure what even we wanted in a home and we our initial searches were very broad, but she listened carefully and really helped us narrow things down. It was almost like having a mom guide us through the process as she truly looked out for our best interest. Our journey in finding a home was also blazing fast as we started virtual viewings and in-person tours in late December. She was able to help us find the perfect home in 2 weeks. We made an offer on the first week of January and we closed on the second week of February. All of this was made possible because of her tireless efforts. Even after closing she has continued to help us. Through her resources she was able to arrange a cleaning service and helped us find great deals on furniture. It’s rare to find someone who truly takes pleasure in their profession. We were pleased to work with her and hope to work with her again.
